OxyLite & OxyLitePro
제품 소개
OxyLite는 조직 내 pO2와 산소분압 정보를 저산소 상태에서도 민감하고 정확하게 측정하는 산소분압 모니터링 장비입니다.
calibration, sensor drift, 전용 PC나 소프트웨어가 필요 없어, 사용이 매우 간단한 dissolved oxygen monitor 입니다.
형광 기반의 기술을 이용한 oxygen monitoring을 통해 mmHg or kPa 당 용존산소량을 정확하게 측정할 수 있습니다.
생체 내에서, 혈액의 헤모글로빈 산소 상태를 나타내는 oxygen saturation assessment (pulse oximetry)와 달리 세포 및 조직에 산소 가용성을 직접 판독할 수 있습니다.
3세대 opto-electronics를 사용하여 저산소 상태(0~15 mmHg)에서 pO2 range 정보를 민감하고 정확하게 제공합니다.
* 현재 oxylite와 센서는 인간 실험체에 사용할 수 있는 CE 또는 FDA 규정 승인을 받지 않았습니다.
* 그러므로 의료/진단용으로 사용 할 수 없으며 연구용으로만 사용되어야 합니다.
제품 특징
• 측정 시점에서 산소의 소비가 0이기 때문에 극도의 저 산소 상태에서도 지속적이고 절대적인 산소 감지에 적합합니다.
• EEPROM 기술이 내장되어 있어 모든 보정 절차를 생략하여 탁월한 사용 편의성을 제공합니다.
• In vivo pO2 측정과 in vitro(hypoxic cell culture, tissue constructs)의 용존 산소량 측정 모두 완벽하게 지원합니다.
• 산소 센서의 직경은 대략 230 – 750µm 로 tissue monitoring에 적합하며, 사용시 조직 손상을 최소화합니다
