제품 소개
Claro ECL solution은 웨스턴 블랏 (Western blot)을 위한 detection reagent로, 낮은 antibody 농도에서도 높은 감광을 보입니다.
Solution A (Luminol/enhancer)와 Solution B (Peroxide)를 각각 1:1의 비율로 혼합하여 사용합니다.
민감도에 따라 4가지 제품군으로 나뉘어 있어, 사용자의 목적에 맞게 선택이 가능합니다.
Claro SupremoPlus ECL solution은 low-femtogram 검출 레벨에 안정적인 광 출력을 갖는 ECL substrate입니다.
이 제품은 매우 높은 signal intensity와 signal을 짧게 유지해야 하는 application을 위한 분들께 적합한 제품입니다.

Western blotting detection of HDAC-1 on Hela cell lysate with Claro SupremoPlus Solution and its competitors.
Sample: Two-fold dilution of Hela cell lysate from 2.5 μg to 0.039 μg Primary antibody: Rabbit-anti Human HDAC-1 1:10000.
Secondary antibody: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP 1:300000. Exposure time: 120 seconds.
