제품 소개
Claro ECL solution은 웨스턴 블랏 (Western blot)을 위한 detection reagent로, 낮은 antibody 농도에서도 높은 감광을 보입니다.
Solution A (Luminol/enhancer)와 Solution B (Peroxide)를 각각 1:1의 비율로 혼합하여 사용합니다.
민감도에 따라 4가지 제품군으로 나뉘어 있어, 사용자의 목적에 맞게 선택이 가능합니다.
Claro Mucho ECL solution은 mid-femtogram 검출 레벨에 안정적인 광 출력을 갖는 ECL substrate입니다.
이 제품은 높은 signal에서 noise ratio에 대한 낮은 background를 제공 합니다.
