Claro ECL solution은 웨스턴 블랏 (Western blot)을 위한 detection reagent로, 낮은 antibody 농도에서도 높은 감광을 보입니다.
Solution A (Luminol/enhancer)와 Solution B (Peroxide)를 각각 1:1의 비율로 혼합하여 사용합니다.
민감도에 따라 5가지 제품군으로 나뉘어 있어, 사용자의 목적에 맞게 선택이 가능합니다.

Claro Extremo ECL solution은 Western Blotting의 정확도를 향상 시켜 보다 명확한 신호 강도와 민감도를 제공합니다.
연구실 사정상 극도로 희석된 항체를 사용하거나 제한된 양의 샘플에서 미량의 단백질을 검출하는 데 최선의 선택입니다.
