이 제품은 최신의 buffer와 진보된 hot-start DNA polymerase를 기반으로 최상의 민감도와 재현성 및 효율성을 제공합니다.
hot start polymerase, dNTPs, buffer, MgCl2, Intercalating dye를 모두 혼합해 놓은 형태로 재공되어 primer, template만 넣고 PCR을 수행하면 됩니다
다양한 PCR 기종에 맞춰 ROX reference dye를 혼합한 제품으로도 제공하여 보다 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하였습니다.

qPCRBIO SyGreen Mix displays earlier Ct, cleaner melt peaks and better efficiency compared to each of the competitor mixes.

Amplification of Beta-2 Microglobulin using qPCRBIO SyGreen Mix (purple curves). Amplification curves are shown in the top panel of set a and set b, melt curves are shown in the middle panel and the efficiencies of amplification are shown in the bottom panel.

A direct, on-plate comparison was performed with the competitors identified in the top panel of each set (grey curves). 5 serial dilutions of mouse cDNA template were used in a total reaction volume of 10µL. Cycling conditions were those recommended by each of the competitors.
