제품소개

p53 유전자는 다양한 조직 유형에서 발현되는 종양 억제 유전자이며 세포 성장, 복제 및 apoptosis의 조절에 관여합니다.
p53 유전자의 변형은 광범위한 인간 암의 발생과정에서 매우 중요한 사건입니다.
산발성 암에서 발견되는 돌연변이는 일반적으로 p53의 종양 억제 활성을 비활성화하는 missense mutation 입니다.
이 돌연변이 단백질은 정상적인 p53 단백질보다 훨씬 더 안정적이며 종종 변경된 형태를 채택하고 악성 세포의 핵 내에 축적됩니다.
p53과 관련된 돌연변이는 유방, 난소, 방광, 결장, 폐 및 흑색종을 비롯한 다양한 악성 종양에서 발견됩니다.
p53 항체를 사용한 양성 핵 염색은 특히 유방암, 폐암, 결장직장암 및 요로상피암에서 음성 예후 인자인 것으로 보고되었습니다.

Source DO-1 is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody derived by fusion of mouse myeloma Sp2/0-Ag14 cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human wild-type p53 protein expressed in E. coli. Bp53.12 is a Mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody derived by fusion of X63 Ag8.653 Mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c Mouse immunized with recombinant Human wild-type p53 protein
Product Each vial contains 100ul 1mg/ml purified monoclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide. Each vial contains 100 ug 1 mg/ml purified monoclonal antibody in PBS containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Specificity DO-1 recognizes a 53kDa protein, which is identified as p53 suppressor gene product. It reacts with the mutant as well as the wild form of p53. Its epitope maps within the N-terminus (amino acids 11-25) of p53. Bp53.12 reacts with a denatuRation-resistant epitope of p53. This antibody is specific for Human p53 and recognizes amino acid sequence 16-25.
