빠르고 민감한 isothermal amplification 을 위한 새로운 시약인 IsoFast™ Bst Polymerase 가 새롭게 출시되었습니다.
IsoFast™ Bst Polymerase는 DNA 가닥을 ‘unzip’ 하는 고유의 기능을 통해 별도의 전문적인 thermal cycler가 없어도 일반적으로 30분 이내로 실험 결과를 도출할 수 있습니다.
PCR Biosystems의 IsoFast ™ Bst 제품군은 65 ° C의 일정한 온도에서 DNA 및 RNA target의 빠르고 세심한 증폭을 제공합니다.

When should IsoFast Bst Polymerase be the enzyme of choice?
이 효소는 호열성 Bacillus stearothermophilus에서 분리하였기 때문에 최적온도 60-65°C가 자주 사용되는 가닥 치환 중합효소 보다 높습니다.
그리하여 등온 증폭 기술뿐만 아니라 시퀀싱 전략 설계에 유용합니다.

Isothermal amplification of 3 targets using IsoFast™ Bst Mix, NEB WarmStart® LAMP Kit, and NEB Bst 2.0 DNA Polymerase. The manufacturers’ protocols were followed to set up the reaction mix. The primer mix consists of 0.2µM for F3 and B3 primers, 1.6µM for FIP and BIP primers, and 0.8µM for LoopF and LoopB primers. The total reaction volume is 25µL. 7 serial dilutions of template were used (8 for scaffolding protein gene), corresponding to the copy number indicated. The reaction was run at 65°C for 100 minutes. A BioRad CFX96 Touch instrument was used to record fluorescence every 10 seconds. The time to result is the time required to reach the same fluorescent threshold. IsoFast™ Bst Mix shows fast amplification and consistent performance across a range of templates when compared to leading manufacturers.
