Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H/L) 항체는 Rabbit IgG의 heavy and light chains을 인식합니다.
항혈청은 IgG 분자의 Fc 및 Fab Subunit에 대해 직접 반응합니다.
이 경우 공통된 Fab을 통해 다른 면역글로불린과도 어느 정도 반응할 수도 있습니다.
그러나 면역전기영동 및 이중방사형면역확산법에 의해 테스트 된 바에 따르면 같이 토끼 혈청의 non-Ig 단백질과는 반응하지 않습니다.
적절하게 처리된 세포 및 조직 기질의 면역형광염색을 통해 세포 및 세포하 수준에서 IgG, 항원 또는 항체를 식별하고 측정합니다.
두 개의 Nordic immunoconjugate는 라벨은 다르지만 동일한 숙주 동물 종에서 two-color staining를 통해 상호 간섭의 위험없이 한 단계로 안전하게 혼합하여 사용할 수 있습니다.
이 면역접합체는 미리 희석되어 제공되지 않고 사용 전에 어플리케이션에 따라 적절한 희석비를 찾아야 합니다.
과도한 항체 표지는 비특이적 백그라운드 염색을 일으키고 원하는 시그널을 찾기 어렵게 할 수 있으므로 피해야 합니다.
