제품소개
닭에서 생성된 polyclonal antibody는 다른 포유류에서 생산된 항체에 비해 많은 이점을 가지고 있습니다.
닭은 혈청뿐 만 아니라 노른자에서도 immunoglobulin을 생성하므로 동물의 피를 보지 않고도 단순히 egg만을 수집함으로써 항체를 쉽게 얻을 수 있습니다.
Chicken produce IgY, which migrate from the hen serum to the egg yolk. Compared to mammalian IgGs, they have one extra Fc domain
Why use Chickens?
• 닭은 포유동물이 아니므로 포유동물의 항원 단백질에 대한 높은 결합력을 가진 항체를 만드는 경향이 있습니다.
• 우리가 아는 한 Polyclonal Antibody를 생산하는 가장 인도적인 방법입니다.
닭은 피를 흘릴 필요가 없으며 우리는 계란을 모으기만 하면 됩니다.
• 닭 한 마리는 토끼 양의 10~20배에 해당하는 월 최대 3g의 IgY에 달하는 엄청난 양의 항체를 생산할 수 있습니다.
또한 토끼에 비해 닭은 항체를 훨씬 빨리 생산합니다.
• Chicken IgY Fc 영역은 포유동물 IgG와 충분히 다릅니다. (1개를 더 가지고 있습니다)
• 포유류 rheumatoid factor 나 기타 자연 발생 anti-mammalian antibodies에 결합하지 않음으로써 깨끗한 background를 얻을 수 있습니다.
• Mammalian complement system을 활성화하지 않습니다.
