Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) 및 Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR)는 개체의 phenotype 다양성은 물론 질병예측에 필요한 정보를 제공하는 대표적인 유전변이중의 하나이자 genome mapping의 marker로써 주로 같은 종에서 특이점을 확인 할 수 있는 marker로 이용되고 있습니다.

이런 Fragment 분석은 자동 전기영동장치를 통하여 빠르고 간편하게 signal peak와 band image로 DNA 절편을 분석할 수 있으며 Polyacrylamide gel base로 진행되기 때문에 gel analysis 와는 비교할 수 없는 해상도를 제공합니다. 또한 민감하고 정확한 분석이 가능하고 고분리능, 고감도로 정성과 정량 분석을 모두 수행할 수 있습니다.

High Resolution

Qsep 시리즈 플랫폼에서는 1bp 차이가 있는 DNA 샘플도 분석할 수 있습니다.

Fragment mixes separated on Qsep Series with C1 customized cartridge; known sizes are resolved: 200/205 bp, 200/204 bp, 201/204 bp, 200/201 bp (with 5 bp, 4 bp, 3 bp, 1 bp differences respectively)

High Sensitivity

10 kb library is serially diluted and analyzed by High Sensitivity Kilobase Cartridge, N3 (C105153), on Qsep100. The LOD can reach 32.75pg/μL.

High Reproducibility

The 500bp-23kb size marker (C109700) is tested repeatedly by the S3 cartridge on Qsep100.
The sizing results present high reproducibility. The coefficient of variation (CV%) is less than 2.0% for each pack.
